Erol Dusi - President
Mr. Dusi heads ITG with 15 years of programming and business experience. Mr. Dusi founded ITG in 1998 after working to develop and implement back office technology platforms for small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to that, he worked as part of a team of technology analyst for Citibank on their Government Bonds trading desk responsible for developing a trading system designed to increase efficiency in trade execution. Mr. Dusi completed his BS in Engineering at Cooper Union College.

Avi Giladi - Chief Architect
Mr. Giladi is responsible for the development and daily operation of Imagineer's solutions. Since joining Imagineer in 2002, he has worked closely with dozens of clients in aggregating data and implementing CRM, Web Reporting and Portfolio Management software. Avi has gained experience, knowledge of the industry’s best practices and is familiar with the challenges that arise when implementing solutions for fund managers and administrators. He is charged with improving the platforms, tools and processes to enable scalable and profitable delivery. Avi holds a BA in Computer Science from YU and a Master of Science in Information Systems/Management from Brooklyn College – City University of New York.

Vladimir Serebrinskiy - Chief Technologist
Vladimir, who joined ITG in January of 2000, has 13 years of experience in programming and application architecture. Prior to joining ITG, Vladimir worked for three years as a consultant for major corporations including IBM, Morgan Stanley, and CSC where he was responsible for designing custom software to expedite the flow of electronic information and data authentication in a secure on-line environment. Prior to that, Vladimir spent seven years working for a regional communications center in Russia where he was in charge of designing and building custom software for P&L reporting, billing and payroll. Vladimir graduated from the State Academy of Telecommunications in Odessa, Ukraine

Paul Shayevich - Senior Project Manager
At ITG, Paul is responsible for day to day management of continued product development and client technology support. Prior to joining ITG in February of 2000, Paul spent five years working for a regional power company in Kiev, Ukraine. There he lead a team responsible for developing a technology platform that controlled power flow for a region of five million people. Paul graduated with high honors from the State Academy of Kiev.
